Audi wanted to assess the dealership team training and performance – with drivers who were looking to upgrade their top-of-the-range vehicles, to ensure all possible attempts to sell were utilised.
This mystery shopping exercise was conducted on-site at Audi car dealerships across Europe. With our mystery shoppers bringing along their vehicles and log-books to reassure the dealers they were indeed bona fide and looking into making a purchase.
Audi were able to assess their sales training guidelines and re-train where necessary; but also to glean valuable customer information on the overall in-situ dealership experience.
